Megan Darnell is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and trauma-informed practitioner specialising in working with high-functioning, emotionally intelligent women who feel caught in exhausting patterns of self-sabotage, emotional eating, and over-giving, despite having “done the work.”

Her approach focuses on healing the deeper emotional and nervous system patterns beneath behaviours like binge & emotional eating, people-pleasing, overthinking, and shutting down. Through 1:1 Internal Family Systems therapy, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed psychedelic preparation and integration where appropriate, Megan supports women to move out of survival patterns and back into a deep self-trust, safety, and clarity.

This is not surface-level work. It’s for women who are ready to stop managing symptoms and address what’s actually driving the patterns, so lasting change becomes possible.
