What am I trained in, and how do I work?

I’ve trained extensively in modalities that support deep, embodied transformation, including:

  • Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy: IFS Institute & Life Architect (2023)
Trained under Jory Agate. This foundational training supports deep, lasting healing through the IFS model, helping clients safely connect with and transform protective and wounded parts of themselves.

  • Wellness Coach Certification: IAP College (2023)
A client-centred coaching certification focused on holistic health, lifestyle change, and behaviour transformation.

  • Somatic & Relational Trauma-Informed Practices for Medicine-Assisted Facilitation: Australian Lab with Rita Bozi (2023)
Advanced training in safe, ethical psychedelic-assisted therapy. Includes preparation, navigation, and integration support rooted in trauma-informed care and nervous system regulation.

  • Bright Line Freedom IFS Program: Bright Line Eating with Everett Considine (2021)
A unique training applying IFS through the lens of food addiction and emotional eating. Grounded in the neuroscience of food addiction, this program explored how unhealed parts drive compulsive behaviours, and how to support internal healing using parts-based work.

  • Bachelor of Psychology (Completed 2nd Year): Monash University (2014)
Formal academic foundation in mental health theory, developmental psychology, and human behaviour.

Over 200 women have worked with me through group programs, one-on-one sessions, medicine-assisted journeys, and transformational workshops.

I blend these modalities because no single tool works for everyone. IFS helps you connect to and heal your inner parts; somatic work helps you anchor change in the body; and psychedelic-assisted work offers a deep, accelerated layer of transformation for those ready for it. Together, they create a layered, holistic healing experience that works at the cognitive, emotional, and embodied levels, not just one. My approach is designed to create real, sustainable change by addressing the root, not just the symptoms.

General Therapy FAQs

What is IFS therapy?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps you connect with and heal the inner parts of you that carry pain, fear, shame, or outdated protective roles. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, IFS helps you address the root of your struggles, creating deep and lasting transformation.

What’s the difference between IFS and traditional talk therapy?
While talk therapy focuses on insight, analysis, and conversation, IFS goes deeper by helping you connect to the emotional and somatic (body) layers beneath your struggles. It’s not just about understanding, it’s about healing the parts of you still carrying old burdens and stories.

What is psychedelic-assisted therapy?
Psychedelic-assisted therapy involves working with substances like MDMA or psilocybin, combined with therapeutic guidance, to access deeper layers of healing, emotional release, and transformation. These sessions are carefully prepared, supported, and integrated in a therapeutic container.

How do IFS and psychedelic-assisted work combine?
IFS provides a powerful framework for preparing for, navigating, and integrating psychedelic experiences. By working with your inner parts before, during, and after a journey, you can create a safer, more meaningful healing process — and ensure that insights translate into real-life change.

Do you provide the medicine?
My role is as a facilitator and therapeutic guide, supporting preparation, emotional safety, and integration. The decision and responsibility to engage in medicine work rests fully with the client.

Do I have to use psychedelics to work with you?
No, many of my clients choose to work purely with IFS and somatic healing. The medicine work is an optional deepening layer, not a requirement.
